You will have received an email with your email and your password.  There is a box on the right where you enter your email address and your password and then click on the Login Button.

If you did not receive the email with the password, just click on the Forgot Password link below the Login button and you will receive that email again.

After you log in you will be taken to your account page.  There is link at the top of your account page that will explain the information that is on your account page.   While you are on the account page you can change your password if you want. Be sure to click on the Update button after making changes to your Account page.

If you did not receive the email with your password just enter your email address and click on the Forgot Password button and you will get an email with your password.
