Getting a new computer – Do I need a new one

It is time to get a new computer?  The very first thing to ask yourself is do you really need a new computer?  In order to answer that question there are a number of things to consider.  Keep in mind that the places that sell computers as well as Microsoft who makes the operating system really want to sell you a new computer.  The prices for a new system have come down at lot and there are all sorts of special packages and deals designed to make you want to buy a new computer.  The reality is you may not need a new computer and that is the first thing to really think about.
